2. Scope These terms apply to consumers purchasing from this store.
3. Products Products are described as accurately as possible. Items are sold via dropshipping from suppliers outside the EU (China).
4. Prices Prices are in euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable under OSS/IOSS regulations.
5. Contract Formation Placing an order constitutes a contractual proposal. The contract is formed upon email confirmation from the seller.
6. Payment Payment is required at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are listed on the site.
7. Shipping & Delivery Orders ship directly from China. Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. Customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
8. Right of Withdrawal You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
9. Legal Conformity Guarantee 24-month legal conformity guarantee applies per EU/Italian law. Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
10. Limitation of Liability The seller is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Intellectual Property All content on this site is the property of the seller.
12. Personal Data Protection Data processing is governed by our GDPR-compliant Privacy Policy.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Governed by German and EU law. For Italian consumers, the competent court is the consumer's place of residence.
